A cedar barrel sauna that runs infrared and traditional heat together
The Finnmark FD-6 is a combination barrel sauna: full-spectrum infrared panels and a traditional rock heater share the same cabin. Used together, they bring the barrel up to 185°F, hot enough to pour water over the stones for a proper steam session while the infrared panels work at the same time. Used alone, the infrared runs a gentler session at up to 170°F on a standard household outlet. Two very different sauna rituals, one cabin, no compromise between them.
Clear grade Western Canadian Cedar, 1.5 inch staves
The barrel is built from thick, full-length clear grade Western Canadian Cedar staves. Cedar is naturally antimicrobial and resists the humidity a sauna produces, which is why it remains the reference wood for interiors. It also stays satin-smooth and cool to the touch at high heat, so benches and backrests are comfortable without covers. The dual-level bench system lets you sit high for intense heat or low for a milder session, and both benches are cut from the same clear grade cedar as the shell.
Built to sit outside, in real weather
A complete shingle roof with an underlying barrier keeps water off the staves, and three stainless steel bands hold the barrel under tension. The supports are finished with Shou Sugi Ban, the Japanese technique of charring and sealing timber, which hardens the surface against rot and insects. The 8mm tempered glass door and window panels are fitted with rubber gaskets, so the cabin holds its heat while staying open and bright.
Five Spectrum Plus infrared heaters, very low EMF
The FD-6 carries five Spectrum Plus infrared heaters, 350 W each for 1 750 W total, running on 120V 15A through a standard NEMA 5-15P plug and a 9-foot cord. They are high-emissivity, short-wave panels, and the cabin's EMF has been rated very low by independent testing at NTS. Spectrum Plus heaters carry an unlimited lifetime warranty; the sauna itself is covered for five years.
Your choice of rock heater
The traditional side of the FD-6 takes a 4.5kW rock heater, and you choose the package that suits you: Harvia KIP or HUUM DROP. Both deliver the steam and the stone heat that infrared alone cannot produce. Note that a traditional heater is required to run the barrel in combination mode.
Controlled from anywhere in the house
A built-in LCD touchscreen controller with Wi-Fi lets you start the sauna and set the temperature remotely, so the cabin is ready when you are. Under-bench RGB lighting sets the mood without glare in your eyes, and the whole design is patent pending.

At MyEliteWellness, we strive to make every step of your experience seamless and straightforward. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Delivery Pricing
Free Shipping on all Heaters, Saunas & Hot Tubs within the contiguous United States.
Additional fees may apply under specific conditions, including:
- Locations not reachable by standard carriers (FedEx, UPS) will incur an LTL freight surcharge.
- Remote areas, islands, or roads that cannot accommodate Class 6 or larger vehicles.
- Crates longer than 92" cannot be managed with a standard liftgate. In such cases, you will need to arrange manual unloading assistance, a professional moving service, or forklift equipment. Please note: drivers are unable to assist with unloading due to insurance limitations.
- Failure to accept delivery within 48 hours of the carrier's initial contact may result in daily storage charges of $100.
How We Ship
Most sauna kits ship pre-packaged on a pallet via LTL freight for curbside delivery.
What does curbside delivery mean? The pallet is unloaded from the truck at the curb nearest your property. If curb space is unavailable, you will need to designate an alternative unloading location. Delivery personnel will lower items from the truck but are not permitted to transport them onto your property due to insurance restrictions.
If you need the shipment placed on your property, contact us for a white glove delivery quote.
Pre-assembled saunas ship via flatbed truck by scheduled appointment. These units require offloading with a crane or extended forklift, which is not provided by the carrier. You are responsible for arranging offloading and transporting the product to its final position.
When Will It Arrive
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email right away. We then verify availability with our suppliers to confirm your item is ready for dispatch. Most in-stock saunas and accessories ship quickly, while custom-built units require additional lead time.
Estimated Timeline:
- Days 1-2: Stock verification and delivery accessibility check
- Days 3-5: Order prepared and packaged for shipment
- Days 2-8: Transit to your nearest distribution hub
- Days 1-5: Carrier contacts you to schedule delivery
- Total: 7-20 business days from order confirmation to doorstep
On the day your order ships, a tracking notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please reach out via live chat, our contact page, or email us at contact@myelitewellness.com.
Note: In the rare event of unexpected delays due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors, a member of our support team will contact you directly to explain the situation and outline next steps.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Special arrangements are available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Your order will be routed to the closest freight terminal. Once it arrives, the carrier will reach out to schedule a convenient curbside delivery appointment.
Upon Delivery
The shipping company will contact you to arrange delivery. When your order arrives:
- Inspect Before Signing: Carefully examine all items before signing any delivery paperwork.
- Verify Completeness: Confirm that every piece of your order is accounted for.
- Report Hidden Damage: If you discover damage that was not visible at the time of delivery, report it immediately to contact@myelitewellness.com.
Reporting Damage
While shipping damage is rare, it falls into two categories:
- Visible Damage: The container or crate shows obvious signs of damage upon arrival.
- Concealed Damage: The packaging appears intact, but contents are damaged inside.
For visible damage or missing items, document everything with detailed notes on the delivery receipt. For concealed damage discovered after unpacking, report it within 72 hours. MyEliteWellness will replace any damaged or missing components when reported within this window. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for reasons other than visible damage or a shipping error, a 20% restocking fee will apply along with any associated return shipping costs.
Your Responsibility
We are committed to a smooth delivery experience. However, MyEliteWellness is not responsible for costs resulting from customer unavailability. If you are unreachable or provide inaccurate contact information, any additional charges for redelivery, storage, or return shipment will be your responsibility. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and that you are available to receive your shipment as scheduled.
