1) Introduction
These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations and billing processes between MyEliteWellness (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2) Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
- Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Taxes & Fees: Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
2.3 Payment Due Date
- One-Time Purchases: Payment is due immediately at checkout.
- Subscription Services (if applicable): Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.
3) Invoicing
- Invoice Issuance: Invoices are issued electronically upon order confirmation.
- Delivery Method: Invoices are sent by email to the billing contact provided at checkout.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date.
4) Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law) may be applied to the outstanding balance.
4.2 Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders or services if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date.
5) Disputed Charges
- Notification Period: Billing disputes must be reported in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.
- How to Report: Email contact@myelitewellness.com with the invoice number and dispute details.
- Resolution: We will investigate and work to resolve billing disputes promptly and in good faith.
6) Refunds & Credits
Refunds or credits are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
7) Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST.
- Tax Exemption: If eligible for tax exemption, a valid tax exemption certificate must be provided at the time of purchase.
8) Billing Errors
- Corrections: Any billing errors identified will be corrected promptly.
- Overcharges: Customers will receive a refund or credit for any overcharged amounts.
- Undercharges: Customers may be invoiced for undercharged amounts.
9) Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
9.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
9.2 Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions by contacting contact@myelitewellness.com at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, access to the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
10) Payment Security
- Data Protection: All payment information is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
- Payment Processors: We use trusted third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) and do not store credit card details on our servers.
- SSL Encryption: All transactions are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
11) Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12) Limitation of Liability
- No Indirect Damages: MyEliteWellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the issue.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15) Entire Agreement
These Billing Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEliteWellness with respect to billing and payment matters.
