📦 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

At MyEliteWellness, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.

For select sauna models, shipping is included at no additional cost. However, due to size, weight, and freight requirements, some sauna models do not qualify for free shipping.

When applicable, the shipping cost is clearly displayed in the “Shipping” section on the product page prior to purchase. All shipping fees, when applicable, are fully disclosed before checkout to ensure transparency.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time – PT) are processed the same business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or promotions.

A completed order is defined as an order confirmation email containing a valid order number.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

The following products are classified as oversized or non-stock items and ship via freight (LTL) due to size, weight, or handling requirements:

Freight Shipping Details

  • Orders require 3–5 business days for preparation.
  • Estimated freight transit time is 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Remote locations may require additional transit time.

⚠️ Important: Products classified as oversized are subject to specific shipping conditions. For these items, the shipping details specified directly on the product page take precedence.

📋 Delivery Inspection & Responsibility

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery, including the external packaging, in the presence of the delivery driver.

  • Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt.
  • Signing for delivery without noting damage transfers responsibility away from the carrier.
  • If the shipment arrives damaged to the point of being unusable, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

🎁 Free Shipping Conditions & Exclusions

Free Shipping eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • Applies only to orders over $75 shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • International orders, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are excluded.
  • Oversized or heavy items shipped via LTL freight may incur additional charges. Customers will be contacted if freight applies.
  • The $75 minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees do not count toward the minimum.
  • Orders selecting a shipping method other than “Best Way” are not eligible.
  • If cancellations or returns reduce the qualifying order value below $75, MyEliteWellness reserves the right to charge applicable shipping fees.

MyEliteWellness reserves the right to cancel or modify Free Shipping offers when shipping costs are disproportionate to the product value. Free Shipping terms may be modified or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We work with various suppliers to bring you the best luxury products. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product’s origin.

Estimated Delivery Times (International & Supplier-Direct Items)

  • USA & Canada: 7 to 15 business days
  • Europe: 10 to 20 business days
  • Other international destinations: 12 to 25 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer due to customs or local carrier services.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders placed from outside the United States or shipped internationally may be required to be paid via electronic bank transfer.
