1) Introduction

At MyEliteWellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on www.myelitewellness.com.


2) Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order’s shipping date for eligible products.

Return Authorization (RA) Required

Customers wishing to return an eligible product must first request a Return Authorization (RA) from MyEliteWellness. No return will be accepted without an approved RA.

To process your request, please provide one of the following:

  • The original receipt, or
  • Your name and order information so we can locate the purchase in our system

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original new condition
  • In the original box with UPC bar code, packaging, accessories, and all documentation
  • Free from signs of use, wear, or damage

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as personal care products, wellness devices, Aroma Oils & Menthol Crystals, and customized items are non-returnable.

Delivery Inspection (Recommended)

We encourage you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, opened, dented, wet, or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Inform the delivery carrier immediately
  • Contact our customer care team so we can arrange a prompt replacement or resolution

3) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5) Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item—even if the damage was not immediately visible during initial package inspection—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The internal packaging
  • The external packaging

Our team will review your case with priority. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6) Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@myelitewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

7) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Wellness or personal care products
  • Aroma Oils & Menthol Crystals
  • Clearance or final sale products

8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  • Contact your bank.

9) International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.

Refunds will be issued for the product only (excluding shipping fees and duties).
