At MyEliteWellness, we take pride in offering a premium experience and exceptional customer care. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order’s shipping date for eligible products.
Return Authorization Required
Customers wishing to return a qualified product must first request a Return Authorization (RA) from MyEliteWellness.
To process your request, you must provide:-

No return will be accepted without an approved Return Authorization.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualified (returnable) products must be in:

With the original box, UPC bar code, packaging, accessories, and all included documentation

Free from signs of use, wear, or damage
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as personal care products, wellness devices, Aroma Oils & Menthol Crystals and customized items are non-returnable.
Premium Delivery Inspection
We encourage you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery.
If the parcel appears damaged, opened, dented, wet, or tampered with, we kindly request that you:-

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
