Refund and Return Policy

1. Introduction

At MyEliteWellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on www.myelitewellness.com.


2. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In their original packaging (with tags, labels, or accessories included).

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, wellness devices, or customized products).


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested product is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note that:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at contact@myelitewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Wellness or personal care products that have been opened/used


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

    3. Contact your bank.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@myelitewellness.com.


9. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product only (excluding shipping fees and duties).
