What is the difference between indoor and traditional home saunas?
The two terms answer different questions, so a sauna can be both. A traditional sauna uses a heater to warm the room, and it is the classic style most people picture. An indoor sauna is simply a sauna made to sit inside your home.

How many models do you offer?
Our traditional saunas include more than 20 models from SaunaLife, Kohler and Finnmark. Our indoor saunas include several models from Finnmark, Kohler and SaunaLife.

How much does an at home sauna cost?
Traditional saunas range from $5,320 to $35,200, and indoor saunas from $4,695 to $35,200. The top of both ranges is a Kohler C1 with installation. The wide range reflects the different models and brands on offer.

Which heater do I need for a traditional sauna?
The heater matters as much as the cabin. We sell electric and wood-burning options, and you can browse all of our sauna heaters.
Our heater sizing guide is built from the specifications of 30 heaters. As a rule of thumb from that guide, electric heaters cover about 50 cubic feet per kW, and wood-burning stoves cover about 30. For the full method, read what size sauna heater you need.

How do shipping, payment and returns work?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. For select sauna models, shipping is included. Some sauna models do not qualify because of size, weight and freight requirements, and the shipping cost is shown on the product page before you buy.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same business day. Heaters, steam generators, accessories and parts ship by small-parcel carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Oversized items such as sauna rooms and doors ship by freight (LTL), with 3 to 5 business days of preparation and an estimated 3 to 5 business days of transit. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date for eligible products, in original new condition, with a Return Authorization. If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once confirmed, it is replaced, exchanged or fully refunded at no additional cost.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in U.S. dollars.
