For this option, the customer is responsible for hand off-loading (piece by piece) or for off-loading with a forklift. Option #2 - Flat Rate Freight (Flat Bed Truck): $1,990 flat rate shipping to the contiguous United States. $2,490 for Canada. For this option, the customer is responsible for off-loading with a forklift or benefit by the flexibility of placing the crate with a crane. About This Delivery: The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.
